Training Services

Custom training workshops are provided to enable you to use Entegrity products to their best effect while minimizing your learning curve. Each training workshop is run by one of our experienced consultants who will provide you with precisely the skills you need to deploy, manage and develop with our products.

Support Services

Entegrity Solutions provides online Web support for most of its products on the Entegrity Support Web site. Customers can access the site without usernames or passwords, 24 hours a day.

Additionally, the Entegrity Solutions Support staff is available by phone, email, and Web. Entegrity free initial 30-day support, provided with every product, covers telephone and email support for installation, licensing, and configuration.

After the initial 30-day support, customers can purchase Standard, Extended, and Premier annual maintenance plans that provide telephone and email support at different levels of coverage. The Extended Support plan, for example, provides coverage for any Severity 1 issue a customer encounters, even if outside standard business hours. You can choose the most appropriate plan to ensure trouble-free operation of Entegrity products.

All Entegrity DCE/DFS customers who have a valid support contract are eligible to download patches, minor releases, and major releases without charge. Product releases contain not only improvements and bug fixes, but can contain important security fixes.

Vulnerabilities in operating systems and browsers are constantly being discovered and exploited. Entegrity monitors security organizations and makes proactive fixes to Entegrity products as need. Just as you wouldn't allow your email anti-virus subscription to go out of date, it makes sense to keep your Entegrity Support contract up-to-date.

Software updates also include support for new operating systems (for example, new Linux distributions, Windows 2003, Tru64 versions, and so on). An Entegrity Support contract allows you to keep up with these operating system changes.
