Entegrity Launches EMEA Partner Programme

Bracknell, UK - 12 September, 2002. Entegrity Solutions®, a leader in application security, today announces the launch of the Entegrity AssurePartner Programme (AssurePartner) for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). AssurePartner is a structured business relationship designed to drive effective partner alliances, focused on ensuring successful relationships through the joint identification and pursuit of specific business objectives. AssurePartner includes a pre-defined menu of sales enablement modules that provide Systems Integrators, ISVs and VARs with “real-world”-proven solutions coupled with the training and support necessary to deliver secure access management solutions to customers.

It’s not a typical ‘sausage-machine’ partner program, or just a pile of MDF cash. Nor is it a partner program for the sake of it – AssurePartner involves a very high level of commitment from both Entegrity and partners”.

Hendry continues, “Our partners deploy AssureAccess with BEA WebLogic Platform™, to help evolve existing enterprise software applications from inflexible, redundant, legacy client/server architectures to highly responsive, secure Web infrastructures. The two-way commitment is characterised by the significant barriers-to-entry for prospective partners. Firstly, a partner must have at least two qualified AssureAccess developers on staff. Secondly, a partner needs to provide at least five qualified and live e-commerce applications as references. “This isn’t an all-come, all-served initiative,” commented Hendry.

Once signed up, there is a long list of business benefits for partners, including:

• Perpetual licence for internal use assists with integration projects and enables use for demonstration;
• Evaluation programme including timed-out customer licences to expedite the sales process;
• Technical training for partner staff enabling services revenue to be earned along with product sale;
• Unlimited access to technical support and access to product and developers guides to extend knowledge resource base;
• Supportive pre-sales assistance on initial engagements as a further learning/training tool.

Five EMEA organisations have already gained the status of AssurePartners, and these are Purple Lizard, Igenics and Softwire in the UK; Verisec, a focused integrator of security products in Sweden; and GFT, a pan-European systems integrator specialising in EAI, portals and CRM, based in Germany.
