GLOBALCOMMERCE CHOOSES ENTEGRITY TSP FOR FAST-TRACK IDENTRUS FRAMEWORK AND APPLICATION ENABLEMENT

BROOMFIELD, Colo. and SAN JOSE, Calif. - 2/23/2001 - GlobalCommerce and Entegrity Solutions® Corp., two leaders in trust solutions for B2B e-commerce, today announced a strategic alliance that will provide fast-track software and services solutions to enable financial institutions to leverage the Identrus™ system.

GlobalCommerce, will offer the Identrus-certified Entegrity TSP™ (Trust Services Platform) to bring value-added digital signature messaging system (DSMS) capabilities to its CERTfi? online identity-verification solution for fast-track Identrus framework and application enablement. GlobalCommerce CERTfi has gained interoperability compliance with the Identrus Express program of Identrus LLC, a New York corporation with 43 of the world’s leading financial institutions as members and the world’s leading provider of identity trust for B2B e-commerce.

GlobalCommerce’s CERTfi solution deploys e-commerce applications to meet Identrus specifications and perform rapid implementation of Identrus public key infrastructure (PKI) infrastructure, allowing financial institutions to act as the certificate authority (CA) for their customers. Entegrity TSP enables rapid integration of digital certificates issued by an Identrus-approved CA into B2B applications. These applications then interoperate with the Identrus infrastructure and with customers of other Identrus-members financial institutions.

GlobalCommerce and Entegrity Solutions are working with Identrus member financial institutions and other solution providers to trust-enable standard, legacy, and custom applications for B2B e-commerce. The companies also will pursue joint sales and marketing opportunities within the financial services market.
