David Martin Chairman

David N. Martin:
Chairman

Dave Martin brings over 25 years of proven business leadership to the helm of the Entegrity Solutions management team. Prior to co-founding Entegrity, Martin was CEO and principal owner of CEO Associates where his strategic business advice and support to information technology (IT) CEOs, boards of directors and entrepreneurs was in high demand. His client roster included over 20 firms in a broad range of IT segments, from start-ups through $2 billion revenue producers.

From 1974 through 1989, Martin held several positions at National Semiconductor's Information Security Group, including Executive Vice President and member of the Board of Directors. He was also Chairman, President and CEO of the National Advanced Systems subsidiary, which subsequently became Hitachi Data Systems. While at National, Martin was responsible for tremendous growth in business, revenues and staffing. This resulted in excellent ROI and sustained profitability. Before joining National, Martin was Vice President and General Manager of the Systems Division of Advanced Memory Systems, where he brought division revenue from start-up to $25 million in three years. Martin holds a B.S. degree in engineering from Princeton University.

Richard Irving:
President and CEO

Rick Irving brings 30 years of experience in the software industry, 20 years of which has been in various management positions, to the Entegrity Solutions executive team. Prior to Entegrity Irving was at Gradient Technologies where he was the Director of R&D and Professional Services for their Secure Systems Group. Before joining Gradient, Irving held several management positions at Hewlett-Packard where his most recent jobs were creating and managing a successful, international technical consulting program which generated several million dollars revenue and Program Manager for their entry level workstations products which generated $250M in revenues. Irving came to HP via its acquisition of Apollo Computer Corp where he led the groups planning and managing the operating system releases and headed a team developing relationships and partnerships with key strategic companies. Before coming to Apollo, Irving managed an R&D group in the Design Automation organization at Honeywell Information Systems which developed an in-house CAE/CAD product and he has also been a software engineer at Honeywell and AVCO Research Labs.

Irving holds a B.S. degree in Mathematics from Northeastern University and has taken graduate coursework in Engineering Management from Northeastern and Purdue Universities.

John Griffith:
Vice President of R & D

John Griffith brings over 26 years of experience in the computer industry with experience at Entegrity Solutions, Gradient Technologies, Hewlett-Packard, Apollo Computer, the MITRE Corporation, and the U.S. Army. He has provided technical consulting on the design and implementation of enterprise-wide security architectures and distributed applications for some of the largest financial and telecommunications companies in the world.

As a manager and engineer at HP, John contributed to the definition and development of the Distributed Computing Environment (DCE) and several additional products such as the Developer’s Toolkit and Object Oriented DCE. He also served as a member and a chair for the IEEE committee defining security standards for the UNIX operating system.

Griffith holds a B.S. degree from the United States Military Academy, an MSEE from Johns Hopkins University, and an M.B.A. from Northeastern University. He is a member of the IEEE, the ACM, and the ISSA.
